1st Event of 2006
The first event of 2006 was held this past weekend.
Jason Kramer won the inaugraul Stud event. We had 11 people come out for the event, and it turned out very well. People had lots of play for their $20, as there was not a person eliminated until well into the 2nd hour of play.
Eric Kastner won the nightcap $20 NLHE event. Steve Erickson, who was yet NOT to cash in one of our events, took 2nd.
Next tournament is scheduled for Saturday, January 28th. It will be a mid-afternoon start time, around 3:00 or 4:00.
Would also like to get feedback to see if we should keep the payout structure the same as we normally do, or, structure it more towards a satellite payout for the Dead Money Open the next day, which is a $150 buy-in at the M&J in West Fargo. As of now, there will be no change and we will keep the structure as per normal.
