November 15th Championship

Our 18 player Championship of the 2009 1st half is coming up on November 15th, Sunday, at 1:00.

All players are starting with 15,000 in chips. Blinds will start at 75/150, 35 minute rounds. There will be a 250/500 level plus all the other levels that will make blinds double every 3rd round.

Remember, the top 12 still have to buy-in for this tournament, the wild card qualifiers have already done so.

2009 Second Half

Website Disabled ... for now

Well, the website was disabled, long story short. So, I'm going to try to just do this for awhile again and cut and paste standings and send out the link and so on.

Next tournament will be November 1st, a 12:30 start at PB & J's house. This is going to be a $60 buy-in, $7500 chip start. We will be looking to have the same number of tournaments, or so, to even out the 1st and 2nd half pools. This has been an extremely hectic year for everyone and it really seems to be difficult to schedule tournaments without too much conflict.

Along with that was the struggles to schedule the playoff and Championship. The Championship is set to be November 15th, 1:00 pm. $15,000 starting stack for everyone, 75/150 starting blinds, 40 minute blinds**.

Also, we are looking at getting a tournament in either on November 13/14 or weekend of November 20, plus December 6th. River Rat is running a 2 wk session for the Vegas HPT on the weekend of the 20th, plus December 13th weekend, with the freeroll the following weekend.

So chances are likely that are final tournament of the second half will very likely be in January, and we'll just have to look ahead as best we can and set the playoff for an off date in February - (13, 20, 21).
